  My pricing is straightforward with no hidden fees. Every quote is based on the condition of the furniture or carpet, and I always confirm the final price before starting. I offer fair rates, optional bundle discounts for multiple items, and occasional promotions for repeat customers. Quality takes time, but you’ll always know exactly what you’re paying for.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  For new customers, I start by reviewing photos and giving an accurate quote. On the day of service, I arrive on time, confirm the details, and perform a full deep cleaning with professional equipment. After finishing, I show the results and make sure the customer is fully satisfied.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I’ve completed hands‑on training in deep furniture and carpet cleaning, including stain identification, advanced stain‑removal techniques, pet‑safe chemistry, and proper use of professional extractors. I also trained in multi‑step deep‑cleaning processes, fiber‑safe cleaning methods, and equipment maintenance to ensure consistent, high‑quality results. I continue learning new techniques and industry standards to provide the best service possible.
