I had an unexpected issue in my home and didn’t know what the cause might be. I called Gortney Home Inspections for an appointment and he was able to fit me in very quickly. Terry did an exceptionally thorough and detailed job of inspecting my home. He was very informative about what he was looking for and why. Once I received the report he followed up afterwards to ensure that I was satisfied. Terry was fantastic. You will not be disappointed using this company.

Terry was very knowledgeable. He was on time to our new house to perform the inspection and the radon test. After, he created over 100 pages inspection report for us and the builder. In the report it contained pictures and video clips of the issues. Our builder was able to understand it and fix those issues. We hired him because he responded to us on time and by far was most knowledgeable and experienced civil engineer. Thanks again Terry. You rock.
