I recently had my living room painted, along with a few minor fixes, and I’m really pleased with the results. The team did a great job, clean lines, smooth finish, and careful attention to detail. They handled the repairs quickly and made sure everything looked seamless once the painting was done. The room feels fresh and bright now, and they left the space tidy when the work was complete. Overall, professional work and a positive experience. I’d definitely recommend them!

This was my first time requesting interiorpainting services. Understandably I had no idea how the process worked nor how great of an outcome it would be. Mr. Hyatt provided me top notch advice and guidance through the process. And the quality of work his team provided was outstanding! With having a toddler along with normal wear and tear that comes with living in a space for so long. I had very low expectations for how the finished product would look. But now my homes interior looks just as good as it did when we moved in. Thank you Mr Hyatt, your services left a lasting impression on my family and I can’t thank you enough for your phenomenal customer service!

Once the project was finally completed, the quality of work for the money was acceptable. Darrell (sales) was professional and diligent in the beginning; measuring every room and providing a timely quote. Our contract mentioned a particular painter, (Alex), however, once the project started, Alex performed was there approximately a quarter of the time. Most of the work was conducted by painter assistants. They also had some staffing issues, which put our project back a day - causing some inconvenience. After the project was completed, we have not heard back from Painter Bros inquiring if the project was completed to our satisfaction. This is disappointing. Although, we are happy overall with the quality of work, Painter Bros seemed to have some resource and follow up challenges.

I highly recommend Painter Bros of Northwest Charlotte.Darryl came to my house to provide an estimate. He was thorough and provided the estimate quickly.Darryl was there the morning the painting started. He introduced the crew. He visited twice during the painting and was present for final walk through.,The painting crew worked quietly and professionally. They were protective of carpeting and hardwood flooring. The painting looks great and almost no imperfections. I was happy and impressed by their work.
