Tommy came out and looked at the site, understood what we wanted and made it happen way ahead of schedule. When the work was completed, we had a problem that needed to be adderssed. I anticipated, based on my previous experience with other contractors that this was going to be difficult. I was absolutely amazed, and astounded, then he came back out, solved the problem, and took ownership of it instead of blaming it on others! And then fixed it!!!
In my thirty plus years in the construction field, i have never had anyone own a mistake they or their crew made, and agreed to fix it immediately. This was so shocking to me to see that integrity can still be found today. I would not hesitate at all to use them on my next project.
