- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk about what the customer is looking for and their expectations, sometimes the customer may only want just their roof inspected. Example a customer wanted their well to and septic tank to be inspected this is beyond the scope of the home inspector. A licenses well and septic person needs to be contacted for a thorough inspection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a valid North Carolina Home inspectors license. Other education I have a Maters in education and Administration, I also have a NC teaching license.
