I have used MaidPro for some time now and I couldn't be happier. Lisa cleans my house and always does an excellent job. She is very thorough in her cleaning process. I never have to check after her as she has her cleaning routine down to a science. Thanks to Lisa and MaidPro. :)

Terri with MaidPro are amazing.... she is nonintrusive so I can continue working while she takes care of the house. She pays great attention to details, and never hurries just to get finished.she always takes her time and makes sure our home was sparkling before she leaves!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We customize our service to fit your needs and your budget. It only takes about 10 minutes to do an estimate right over the phone!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we establish what your needs and budget are we will schedule a day to come clean. You'll get everything in writing in advance so there is no guessing what's included in the service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our PROs are all graduates of MaidPro University which starts in our office. They will then have training in the field with one of our seasoned trainers. Only then will they achieve PRO status.
