Scott was absolutely great to deal with from start to finish. Great work ethics, friendly, communicative, quick to respond, and got the job done 3 days after talking w him. He is very maticulous, and left the work area neater and cleaner than before. He went above and beyond. I had a faucet replaced with an updated one, and he said there wasn't enough clearance without taking the sink out, so he did and then he recaulked around the sink and even cleaned it up before he did the caulking and after he was done he gave me instructions on the new sink and how to use it. I recommend Scott highly, and look forward to hiring him again. :) You will be very pleased as well. Def 5 *****'s.

If you're looking for someone who is responsive and cares about the quality of their work, then look no further. Scott is amazing! He responded to me quickly and answered any questions I had about the tasks at hand. He replaced a leaking faucet and installed a new sink in our kitchen. He was straight up about his price and I have a tremendous appreciation for that. He even went to the store on our behalf to pick up a few things needed to complete the task. Scott seamlessly installed our new sink and cleaned everything up when he was finished. He even took out and disposed of the old sink and any trash that was created during the work. In today's time its often difficult to find people that you can trust to help keep your home functional and safe. Scott comes off genuine and very professional about his work. You can't ask for better than that. We have already shared his information with several friends and we are looking forward to Scott helping us with a few more projects down the road. Thanks so much Scott for helping us. (I will add photos when I get a chance because I know how important photos are for me when searching for a professional.)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My service is to fulfill your needs with clear communications start to finish.
Unless I am entrusted with the reigns of the job, I prefer to plan with the client their exact wants and needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed several trade classes in high school to include HVAC, electricity, auto mechanics and electronics. My customer service and OJT training began immediately after high school. For approximately a year I worked for a local gas service business completing several new and existing home gas fired appliances; also for a framing company where I installed decks, windows and siding until I joined the United States Navy. I eventually purchased my own home and have continued to chip away at DIY renovations to include framing, flooring (tile and wood), plumbing and electrical renovations.
