What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Normal pricing is $125 trip fee and then an average of $80 per hour for any job over an hour. However this may vary.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer will contact me about work needing to be done, a detailed estimate will be provided. A deposit of half the labor + materials will need to be made to secure the work order. Once the job is complete, customer has 24 hours to pay the balance of the work order.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have work in the wood, metal, and maintenance trades for over 10 years.
