- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we're always willing to be as fair as we can be we are always willing to work with our customers if they can't pay their entire bill because sometimes life hits us all unexpectedly when we least expect it to.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first things always first we talk via txt message or a phone call they usually ask me some questions about the work needing done I will go to the place or business and give an estimate which helps them decide weather or not they want to hire me and if I'm hired I always require a 50% advance payment from a new customer as a show of good faith and from there on we build their projects and dreams as well as a working relationship
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
everything I know about the work I do I've learned through first hand good old fashioned hands on experience and learning the easy and hard ways of doing quality work at a competitive and fair price without cutting corners at the customers expense
