- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our priority is our customers happiness and being that we will do our best to help them save anyway that we can with discounts for our veterans and public service employees of up to 25% or a maximum discount of $700 depending on the size and scope of the work to be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we usually like to begin with the basic information such as what's needed to be done and their basic contact information we also like to do a meeting with them to go through the customers concerns and answer their questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
we have a combined 40+ years of experience in the construction industry as well as continuing education to learn all the newest and most current techniques and building codes to stay up to date with the local and national requirements
