- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Once quote is approved by all parties a payment of 25% of the total estimated cost of the project is due before work can begin. This fee will be used to cover labor cost used to complete the job. Materials are not included in the quote. Material cost are sole responsibility of the client. We will purchase the supplies on our Business card but request payment in full by the end of the business. day to avoid interest fees. We accept all forms of payment and offer financing options to all clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact we will take you information and schedule a visit in person to assess the project and deliver a more accurate quote. With you approval we will take photos for the project file. Once a quote is completed and submitted to the customer he/she can approve by paying the 25% estimated cost of the project or deny the quote. We will schedule an appropriate time needed to complete the project with your schedule in mind. One the project is complete remainder of the project cost is due.

Over two decades of HandyMan work. Two Business management professionals on my team. We are Insured, LLC, compliant and up to date with all business filings. Background checks ran on all company employees and vendors.
