Hanay did amazing! I was so hesitant to take the risk and hire a cleaner as i’m literally terrified of getting stuff stolen or scammed here in Miami but Girls Next Door changed my mind completely. I love a cleaning crew that’s women operated. Hanay did excellent, was so sweet, and took the time to ask me what I prefer and like. My apartment has not been deep cleaned since I moved in 10 months ago but Hanay came in here and made it look brand new again. Super excited to have her come upkeep every other week!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is typically done on a sqft basis. We know that having a cleaner is a luxury therefore we try and be as fair as possible taking into consideration everyone’s situation individually. Our focus is to help and be of service to those in need.
We offer a 10% discount for all first responders.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically like to have a conversation with the customer to get a better understanding of what is needed. If possible we like to do a walkthrough and introduce ourselves before each cleaning. We also check in during and before the cleaner leaves to make sure all is to the customers satisfaction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree in Business Management. I also have 5yrs experience in the cleaning industry.
