- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing for 2017has been $75.00 per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I try to get an idea of their needs. I also evaluate their HVAC SYSTEM. I do not try to up sell as most systems are repairable. Full replacement can be costly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to a vocational high school graduated in 1982. 4 years technical training through UA refrigeration air conditioning division. Followed by constant Journeyman training on the latest systems and upgrades available.
