We had an excellent experience with Nomad Refrigeration and Controls. Our technician, Colt, was absolutely outstanding. He came out twice to make sure everything was taken care of and went above and beyond to help my vision-impaired father. Colt was professional, patient, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my dad felt comfortable and understood what was being done. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such genuine compassion.
