I had an appointment set up for two weeks for MR. Harrell to come to my home to give me an estimate on some work I had that I wanted done. He did not show up. I called him about an hour after he was suppose to be at my house. He said he called that morning to tell me he would be late. I checked my phone and I did not see a record of him calling. I called him back and expressed this an he stated he would talk to me later and hung up on me. I was very professional with him.
