I was told that the landscaper would come out on Sunday at 2pm and give me a quote. I called Sunday at 3:15, he told me he lost my number, and that he could not do the job as a result of family issues that came up. Our house is going on the market in a few weeks and the only reason I picked this company in the first place was because we were told the job could be done within a week and that they would come out on a Sunday afternoon to quote us. Not faulting the person and his situation, other than the lack of professionalism on losing our number and not following up after explaining the urgency we had in getting the house on the market.
Rain or Shine Landscapes's reply
I am so sorry for the confusion as I had been blind sided with a death in the family. In the confusion I misplaced my folder with all of my information and I appologize for that.. I stand by my work and this is a one time exception to my normal business ethic...
