I selected Eric as my personal trainer based upon his 5-star reviews on Thumbtack. After my initial session with Eric, I was confident he could help me reach my personal goals- becoming stronger and improving my overall health & diet. Picking a trainer can be scary because you are relying on them in more ways than one. Eric is very responsive to all of my questions, he is always punctual/prepared, and patient while I learn different forms and techniques. The sessions are always different (which I love) and a great mix of movements for a full body workout. I know I am getting stronger and I know I will be a long-term client!Aug 25, 2017

If you are looking for a solid personal trainer with years of experience, then I would definitely recommend setting up time with Eric. I have been regularly training with Eric for the last 6 months, and it has been well worth it. In the last month alone, I have lost another inch off of my hips and waist each, and I’m excited to see further progress. Quick background: I’m a late 20’s young professional recovering from health issues, and I reached out to Eric to help me get back on track with my weight and overall stamina. I was too intimidated to go to a gym, and I was looking for someone that could work around my medical history. From the start, Eric has been a wealth of knowledge, and it has been great to learn from someone who clearly knows this industry. Each workout is different every time we meet, and it is filled with encouragement and great conversation between sets. He offers great advice on nutrition, overall life balance, and recommends at-home cardio workouts that have been exactly what I have needed. He has helped me to feel confident enough with my health to start pushing my body harder than I thought it could handle. Honestly, if it wasn't for his personalized approach and genuine caring for my progress, I don't think I would have made it without him. I have never worked with a personal trainer before, and my experience with Eric has been more than I could have hoped for - simply wonderful! He is personable, trustworthy, and knowledgable. He tailors workouts to you - your abilities, your preferences, and your goals. Admittedly, I was very nervous to start working with a trainer, but after a telephone call with him and within the first few minutes of meeting Eric, I knew he was the real deal and could help me reach my fitness goals. I have been working with him for a little over a month and am already seeing progress! He has a great setup at his house, and I travel to him. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically my process is to do a fitness evaluation on the first session to determine goals, limitations and schedule. Then based on clients needs pick up a package that works best for them and start to design and program a workout program that will be safe and highly effective for them to achieve their fitness goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a bachelor's degree in exercise science and physical education I have been a certified personal trainer for 25 years .I hold over 12 different nationally accredited specialty certifications ranging from RKC kettlebells ,TRX, Keiser M3 cycling instructor, senior Fitness, Sports specific training, weight loss ,functional training boot camp, circuit training, exercise specialist, Master instructor for a nationally accredited personal training certification company.
