FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I would want all customers to know about my pricing that is extremely fair, honest and trustworthy! I do not quote jobs for the experience that I have. I quote jobs for what they are worth in my area. That being said being 100% transparent and honest with the homeowner! I don’t have fees as far as estimates, but I discount the final price if homeowner or customer pays cash!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process working with a new customer is having a good understanding of what the customer is asking for or wanting done on their next project. As well, having the upmost respect and honesty for the customer while providing my quote. I also inform the customer on everything we will be providing with our service to conclude their project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In this line of work I wouldn’t necessarily say that you would need any type of education. Training on the other hand would most definitely help someone become an operator and to learn a piece of equipment! But experience is the biggest thing in this line of work. The more hours that you have operating a piece of equipment as well as years will dictate how successful you will be in the future in this trade.
