FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new customer, I first ask what they need, what specific areas they want cleaned, if they are allergic to any cleaning products, and if there are any scents they would like to avoid. Then I give them a quote, and we can adjust the service based on their needs and budget. On the day of the service, I arrive on time, bring my supplies, and make sure everything is cleaned with care. After finishing, I check with the customer to make sure they are satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have learned through hands-on experience and practice over time. I also study cleaning techniques and best practices to improve my skills. Most of my training comes from real work in different types of homes.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this work because I grew up watching my mom clean houses and helping her as a teenager. I also helped friends and family, and later turned it into a professional service. I enjoy making homes clean, fresh, and comfortable.
