Guardian was quick to schedule on the same day when my HVAC stopped blowing cool air. Jordan came out within a few hours and was quick to diagnose the issue and make the repair. I really appreciated the fast service and clear communication!

Our Unit went out on the Tuesday right before Thanksgiving; we had called a different company to come out and look at it the night before Thanksgiving; which resulted in finding out that was the issue but were given no other information. They also left the heat off and did not explain that we could even turn the emergency heat on- so we were left without anything for a day and a half with a baby in the house. Luckily I found Guardian Heating and cooling through a Facebook request and Andrew came out and checked everything out, got our emergency heat running (thank goodness) and set it up so that we will be called on Monday to discuss repairs! This experience was night and day compared to the previous company we had out- Andrew was very informative and so pleasant during his visit! :)

Turned on my heat Friday evening to wake up to no heat Saturday morning. I called Guardian Heating and Cooling and they came out that morning. Jordan explained what was wrong, provided all the options. We decided to replace the entire unit. They were here Wednesday and had us go and running that evening. Fast, courteous, friendly and honest with a work ethic second to none. We'll definitely be calling if we have any issues with our second unit as they did a remarkable job with our primary unit.

20 years of experience in the industry. I started as a apprentice and worked through all the field roles. After working through the management side of the business I decided to start my own company so we can focus on doing things the right way.
