- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Standard Pricing is $15 per half hour if trained in my facility. If I travel my rate is $30 per half hour. This will cover my travel and any gym fees I need to pay to train at your facility.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing is we need to set some baseline metrics in regards to activity levels, training regimen and most importantly nutrition. Once we have these we set a plan into motion that transforms your entire lifestyle, with regards to the above topics.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist. I have over 25 years of experience. I am also a former high school and college athlete as well as playing Semi-Pro Rugby for 8 years. I am currently a NPC bodybuilder in the over 40 age division and I am a former nationally ranked amateur in the NPA bodybuilding federation.
