To ensure serious inquiries and proper scheduling, we have implemented the following policies: Estimate Fee: We charge a $25 non-refundable estimate fee, which covers the time and travel required to evaluate your property and prepare a detailed quote. This fee is due before the estimate is delivered. Booking Deposit: A $45 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment. This deposit secures your scheduled date and will be credited toward the total cost of your service. No Refund Policy: Both the estimate fee and the booking deposit are non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or rescheduling. These policies help us minimize last-minute cancellations and maintain fairness for all clients. Payment Methods: We accept Zelle, Cash App, Venmo, and cash.
