- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sometimes pricing is a key factor in someone’s confidence in their business, honesty, and work. They price high , then come down and then come down then that’s fishy. I give a set price of what I think it will take to do the job and that’s set. I may work with some folks I’ve built a relationship but normally I have a set price. You pay me upon my experience not my time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’ll introduce myself and tell about my company as well and how we do things. I will also try to help them on price and try to explain the work that needs to be done. I love building new relationships.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve never been to school for anything, I’ve had on the job experience and I have about 7 years of it.
