Trustworthy, reliable, knowledgeable of all appliances ( all brands) finished number 5 in the nation as a Samsung tech but I am certified in all brands 10 plus years experience. I am owner and operator for Coastal Carolina Appliance Repair in Oak Island and surrounding areas. Quick response and some same day fixes if parts are available. We only use certified manufacturers parts. Fully insured and licensed. Looking forward to serving the area with 5 star service. Normal operating hours are Monday - Friday 8am-5pm weekend and emergency services available. We charge a$90 diagnostic fee. Will wave the fee if hired and charge for part and $160 labor.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $80 to come out and diagnose the issue, if it's a simple fix then that is all that is charged. If a part is needed then I wave the diagnostics fee and charge for the part and $160 labor.

listen to the customers issue and diagnose then thoroughly explain the issue to the customer and fix the issue.
