- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $80 to come out and diagnose the issue, if it's a simple fix then that is all that is charged. If a part is needed then I wave the diagnostics fee and charge for the part and $160 labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
listen to the customers issue and diagnose then thoroughly explain the issue to the customer and fix the issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Samsung certified training and Asurion certified training on all appliances and brands.
