- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When I give a quote to a client, it's based on the fresheness and quality of the food. I also, spends quality time to create a personlized menu for each client based on their needs and services. All meals are made with fresh ingredients and the flavors are tied together nicely. I love what I do, so therefore it comes out in my meals.

Listen to and pay close attention to the Client's needs and making sure to fulfill them.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Being in the kitchen with my mom and learning how to cook at a tender age, which gives me the ability to cook my first 4 course meal at the age of 12 and my parents telling me how much they've enjoyed my cooking. From then I feel in love with cooking and been enjoying it ever since.
