- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am required by the REALTORS Association to obtain 8 hours of Continuing Education annually. I have and always will complete my Continuing Education Courses as well as take additional courses that I feel will benefit my business and gain new knowledge in my field.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
After many years of Real Estate and having listings to maintain, I always found myself wanting my properties to look their best. I have always taken pride in my listings and always wanted them to show well. So, with that being said, I would keep our properties clean and presentable. I believe one should take pride in maintaining the dwellings.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Real Estate Sales, Light Property Management, Home Staging, Real Estate Photography for uploading photos online or to make flyers for my clients, Home Cleaning (Residential and Vacation rentals) on either a regular or an "as needed: basis, home organization including closets, drawers, cabinets, garages, etc.
