If I ask for an hour of service, don't sign me up for two. This handyman postponed my appointment at the last minute and then told me I owed him for two hours. I will never use Thumbtack services again.

This is a far stretch from the truth. I sent 2 messages yesterday morning before 7:30am (not last minute) my commute was 1 hour and 15 mins 1 way to help with this project. The time was figured at little less that 2 hours to complete total project not counting all my drive time. Hopefully thisb1 star doesn't stuck around too long. We have a long list of extremely happy clients that are happy to pay there part. Thanks everyone for seeing there's two-sides to every story.
