Luke responded quickly to my job request. He showed up on time. After explaining the problem, he got right to work, diagnosed the issue, and completed the job. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the job, the more you get done the cheaper the prices. my service/diagnostic fee is $150, $50 of that goes towards cost of any repair.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken 4 years of and graduated from the NC apprenticeship program, as well as other electrical courses at Durham Tech along with 20+ years of actual on the job experience
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I tried all the other trades and ended up trying electrical work and have been doing it for over 20 years now.
