Luke responded quickly to my job request. He showed up on time. After explaining the problem, he got right to work, diagnosed the issue, and completed the job. He answered any questions that we had, explained what he was doing to correct the issue, and the price was very reasonable. Luke was immediately responsive to my request. He came out the next day to look at my circuit breaker and shortly thereafter found the problem. Within 15 minutes of finding the problem, everything was fixed and I was back in action! I was so grateful for his expertise, knowledge, time and service. He did an amazing job!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the job, the more you get done the cheaper the prices. my service/diagnostic fee is $150, $50 of that goes towards cost of any repair.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken 4 years of and graduated from the NC apprenticeship program, as well as other electrical courses at Durham Tech along with 20+ years of actual on the job experience
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I tried all the other trades and ended up trying electrical work and have been doing it for over 20 years now.
