- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates for all customers. If you refer us to someone and we book a job with them, you get a 10% discount. For every other referred and booked job we get because of you you'll get 5% off up to four total referrals. That's 25% total! For partners and contractors with recurring loads and jobs you get discounts per load as well. View more information on our website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Three Simple Steps: Step 1: You contact us for a free estimate, Step 2: We remove it at a time that works for you, Lastly Step 3: Wait, there is no step three. Unless you count the enjoyment in a reclaimed space one!
