Sean renovated our 70s era kitchen. He was very patient with the quirks and surprises of our home. Sean's planning and design were very clear and helpful as we imagined our new space. We are delighted with the renovations and are wondering why we waited so long to do it.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

All projects need a good plan and that starts with a design. Design fees vary but often take 15 hours of our total time in computer designing, site meetings, and video meetings to produce a 'final' custom design. Costs of design are typically $1000. The industry standard for design is often closer to $1500 to $2000. We are at an advantage as we also build cabinets.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First we have a call to discuss your project and gain an understanding of your goals, including budget. During that call, we will typically agree to meet and get started on the design and consultation process.
