Could not have asked for a better experience. I had what turned out to be a very difficult dishwasher install and Cam did not bat an eye. He was professional thorough and funny and made the entire experience much less stressful. Will be using them for all of our home needs in the future!

Not only did he diagnose and repair each appliance quickly and professionally, but he also went above and beyond by fixing the lock on my patio door for free—and all he asked was that I “pay it forward.” That level of kindness and integrity is rare these days. He is professional, knowledgeable, honest, gentle-spirited, and extremely respectful. He explained everything clearly, made sure I understood the repairs, and treated my home with care. I was very skeptical about hiring any company off here, but my back was up against the wall because I NEEDED my washing machine fixed! I read the reviews and someone said they won’t stop until they resolve the issue, that made me feel a lot better. Sooo, I message them and it was up from there. This duo was AHHMAZING! Things weren’t going as planned with fixing the washing machine, had the wrong part, BUT they never gave up until the job was done. With that being said, I KNOW who I will call whenever I need help again. They were highly professional, attentive, knowledgeable, helpful, and they got the job done.
