Kevin was excellent in every way. I can only choose three items to like (quality, value, responsiveness); however, Kevin was also both punctual and professional. He was very responsive and provided a detailed estimate with costs for each item, so I could see exactly what cost what. He arriving on time and with all the tools and supplies he needed to finish the job (no required trips to the store for a missing item). I would definitely hire Pinehurst Plumbing again!

The entire experience was great easy online quote, fair market pricing easy onsite debit/credit card payments. My job was a hose Bibb the entire job took 25-30 minutes and it saves me 30 trips to Lowe's doing it myself. The gentleman that does the work is prompt courteous friendly and his wife that scheduled the call was very personable and friendly. I will always stand behind a business that provides great customer service. Fixing the plumbing is not so bad providing a great customer service experience is priceless to me. Thank you all
