I had a water heater in need of replacement. I discovered the issue late afternoon 11/6/25. Kevin immediately put together an invoice based on pictures and my own description. He showed up this morning at 9:00 am, was very friendly and professional, and the work is done less than 24 hours later. It is now noon on 11/7/25 as I write this. The quality is up to par, and even exceeds what you see with larger base contractors. The pricing is fair and competitive, and the punctuality is solid. I would strongly recommend Kevin and company to anyone looking for quality and competitively priced work. Also the fact that he is a small local business makes it that much better. Thank you Kevin!

Highly recommend professional, fair pricing, quality workI recently had my 50-gallon electric water heater replaced, and Im very happy with the experience. The plumber was professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward about my options. After inspecting my faulty unit, he explained why a full replacement made more sense than a repair and answered all my questions without pressure.The installation was done cleanly and correctly, including adding an expansion tank and insulating the PEX lines. The new Bradford White water heater is clearly a high-quality, professional-grade unit, and everything was installed neatly in an outside closet.The price was fair and competitive, the work was completed efficiently, and the area was left clean afterward. Its clear this was done by someone who knows what theyre doing and takes pride in their work.I would absolutely use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing water heater work or plumbing services.

Kevin was excellent in every way. I can only choose three items to like (quality, value, responsiveness); however, Kevin was also both punctual and professional. He was very responsive and provided a detailed estimate with costs for each item, so I could see exactly what cost what. He arriving on time and with all the tools and supplies he needed to finish the job (no required trips to the store for a missing item). I would definitely hire Pinehurst Plumbing again!
