- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal has always been to deliver more in value than my clients pay for. I have a strict policy that I never exceed in charges what I've quoted for a project, unless the parameters of the project change. In that case I always discuss with clients before billing what adjustments will be made. There are never surprises on my bills.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important thing I've found in this business is to learn as much as I can about the needs of my clients by carefully listening to them. For the maximum benefit, my clients can share their goals, thoughts, and expectations. This helps me craft a visual branding strategy that will be the most effective.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have nearly 40 years experience in virtually all aspects of visual design and business communications. My portfolio is extensive, so it's likely that I can show examples of similar work that I've done in the past.
