- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Upfront and honest. The prices that people are paying for concrete is outrageous. It is my opinion that most concrete companies are greedy and take advantage of customers lack of knowledge to grossly overcharge and deliver hum drum work. I don’t up-charge. If I missed it in the bid, that’s my fault. The price I give is what you’ll pay. If anything unexpected happens, I will discuss with the customer and come to an agreement before proceeding.

ALL OF THEM. I’ve done a lot and I’ve seen a lot. The stories and experiences are endless. Homeowners, GC’s, landlords, real estate agents, residential spec homes, custom home builders, etc.
