FAQs

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I was asked to build two simple walls with a doorway in a condo. After meeting with the client, he wanted to make the condo back into a two bedroom. I informed him that to be up to code, he would have to add electrical in the walls and a closet. The customer hired me and within two weeks, the condo was once again a two bedroom and ready to be occupied. Because of my knowledge and advice, the property was up to code and able to pass inspection when the client gets ready to list it.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Some projects may seem to be an easy/routine fix, which some are. Yet some may seem easy/routine but have a degree of difficulty to them. Talk to the provider and make sure you get a detailed explanation of how the job is going to be done. If you're not sure about something they say, get a second estimate.
