- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Scott and Sons offers fair, competitive pricing based on the scope and complexity of each job. Estimates are provided upfront so there are no surprises. We may offer discounts for repeat customers, bundled services, or larger projects. Any additional fees (such as materials, special requests, or after-hours service) are discussed and approved before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an initial conversation to understand the customer’s needs and goals. Next, we provide a detailed estimate and timeline for approval. Once approved, we schedule the work and keep the customer informed throughout the project. After completion, we review the work with the customer to ensure satisfaction and address any final questions or follow-ups.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years of hands-on experience in the industry, providing a strong foundation of practical knowledge and proven results. I am a Red Seal–certified Horticulturist out of Ontario Canada, which reflects nationally recognized training, technical expertise, and a commitment to industry standards and best practices.
