- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start with a phone conversation to gather some more info about your pet(s) and when you need care. At that time we also set up your free in home consultation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many of our sitters are pet Tech certified or have had training in pet first aid. Also, all our employees go through a rigorous training process when they start.
