What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most double pane, low E, with grids, glass replacement runs around $150-$175. Our quality, vinyl, double hung windows are approximately $275-$400 installed - per window.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to give you a ballpark price if possible up front, but we really like to go to your home and see what you are trying to do, and help consult and guide you. We will help keep you on budget, and really fit you with the correct products for your home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend almost every regional seminar and trade shows to find out what is new out there. Also to find out, why is it better? We are doing the homework for you! Our installers are OSHA certified and very experienced.
