I am a Physical Therapist with both a traditional and alternative background of treatment approaches. My business associate is Dr. Steven Henderson of Focal Point Chiropractic. Our work is optimal for those with injuries or pain restricting their workouts. Whether seeking male or female, chiropractic or physical therapy, we help you be awesome you.
I enjoy helping my patients access their body for healing and enjoyment of life. In some cases, the neuromuscular diagnosis is a puzzle I work with patients to solve. Sometimes, I work with patients to restore their ability to play and enjoy activities.
Our office uses a 90 minute inital evaluation and treatment ($190) to clear the compensations and set the stage for a faster course of recovery. For follow up treatments we offer 30 minutes ($60), 45 minutes ($90) and 1 hour ($120) appointments. Our goal is to get you better faster, without packages or programs that demand more time and resources from you.

Came into therapy without any idea of what to expect. In one session I was able to feel the difference, by the time I finished working with Rachel, I felt as though I had a completely different body from when I began. I cannot oversell this establishment!

Rachel is great, and easy to talk with. Listens to what you say about how you feel, and does her best to help. She is more than willing to assitst you in therapy moves she shows you for home. Also got useful information on other topics in our discussions. If you give her a chance I'm sure you wont be disappointed. :-)

Rachel changed my life. When I first went see her, I was in constant pain and was scheduled for spinal fusion surgery. After working with her and following her instructions for several months, my symptoms were reduced to almost nothing. She literally saved me from surgery.
I have found that she is an excellent diagnostician and whenever I have any health issue, I consult with her before I see my physician because usually she has a solution. She has my highest recommendation.

Rachel believes PT should NOT be painful and knows many techniques I've never experienced before that were gentle yet healing. She always wants to know of any amount of pain. A deeply compassionate person

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My Initial Examination is 90 -minutes for $190. This includes a comprehensive assessment and treatment. Most patients have significant improvement in their condition after just one appointment.
Follow up appointments are $60 for 30-minutes, $90 for 45-minutes and $120 for 60-minutes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, a new customer has questions about their situation. I connect with a new patient in person or over phone or email to answer questions. Then we schedule the appointment.
