I couldn't be happier. Nobody likes to have to make phone calls to these type of companies but I knew immediately he was going to come back with a quote and work to be completed that was no more or no less than what the job required. He was fast and kept me updated throughout the job. I hope I never have to call him again. ... But if I ever have a water problem he's the only one I will call

I hired Stat Restoration to remove drywall, insulation and mitigate mold after Hurricane Florence. Jake and his crew were extremely professional throughout the process and were very respectful of our home. They were very thorough in identifying moisture and additional growth as they removed material without just ripping out entire rooms. Jake was very up front about pricing and it was very reasonable. They did a great job cleaning up and continuously asked if i was satisfied as they went along and if there was anything else I wanted them to do. My only complaint is their punctuality. Each day they showed up, they were at least an hour later than when they said they were going to be. It could have actually been a two day job if they would have shown up on time on day two. Sadly, this seems to be the norm in the construction business as if the customers' time doesn't matter. Things like that I think is what will set a company apart and the only reason they are not getting 5 stars.
