Joseph did a great job at a reasonable price. Prior to Josephs service call we had had a short, which had damaged several components in our outdoor unit. The short was repaired but the damaged components remained. Joseph came in, found the damaged parts and repaired the important ones. He also showed me that I had my nest thermostat wired and correctly. That wasn’t the cause of the short, but it was just something else that Joseph fix.
Josephs rates are quite reasonable and I recommend him to any real estate investor.
