- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a travel fee factored into the job site as well as to the hardware store if I must leave the site to pick up additional materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we gather the details necessary to complete the job, review the cost and bill receipt together, the job is then completed, the customer checks out, and then is given our information for the future!
