Fast response, honest service. Quickly identified why our unit wasn't working, had the part ready to repair it, and identified several other items that are impacting the efficiency of our system. He was honest about what would/wouldn't need replaced or repaired within the next year or so before we plan to upgrade the whole system anyway.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We helped a family of 7 when they were going through tough times. Single mom with 6 children in a small single wide with no heat or AC. The Supply house gave us a great deal on scratch and dent equipment and we provided materials and labor. To see what it did for that family brought tears to our eyes! That's a job that I'll never forget!
