Brian was very helpful, professional, and cost-conscious. He even helped us save some money and educated us on ways we could cut our heating/cooling costs in the future. We will definitely hire him again and use him for our regular maintenance.

Brian arrived during time promised and got our hot water heater going. He also pointed out an issue that was not up to code and took care of it right away. Very courteous, flexible and professional. Already made another appointment for follow up service. Highly recommended!

I hired Craft Refrigeration to replace my heat pump unit at our house. I had been shopping around for prices and of the four quotes i recieved Craft was by far and away the lowest and not by hundreds of dollars but by several thousand. Brian Craft the owner of the business and another young man came to the house and installed the unit in one day. To say the least i was impressed with Brian and his company. Not only was the price great but the skill and efficiency of this young man was remarkable. They did a fantastic job and at a great price. I would tell anyone that is thinking about replacing an air conditioning unit contact Craft first. Their workmanship and products deserve an A++ rating in my book. Thank you Brian and Caft refrigeration for a job extremely well done

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We helped a family of 7 when they were going through tough times. Single mom with 6 children in a small single wide with no heat or AC. The Supply house gave us a great deal on scratch and dent equipment and we provided materials and labor. To see what it did for that family brought tears to our eyes! That's a job that I'll never forget!
