Four Strong is based in Pittsboro, a few minutes south of UNC-Chapel Hill.

Your home should be your sanctuary. And that’s how we treat every home we visit and every customer we do work for. We take pride in what we do and in the service we provide.
NOTE: We do not do anything that risks harm to your family or property - or to ours. So we don't hang any pictures or mirrors or TVs that are not going to be securely fastened according to our years of experience. We also do not hang pictures or move objects where there is danger of a fall, such as hanging pictures where we have to climb on a bed or table or on a stairwell.
We have a $99 minimum charge for any job. We do not charge for drive time.
Occasionally, we may need to use special hardware or other supplies to finish a project in the best and safest way, and we will either let you know ahead of time or on the job the cost of these additional supplies. Again, we will not do any project that we feel is unsafe for you or for us to do.

David responded promptly to my project, we communicated a potential date and followed through as promised. When he arrived, he assessed the heavy mirror, gave a proposal and got to work. He was careful handling the mirror and doing the drilling on the wall, and cleaned up afterwards. Great job.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For typical jobs, we use an hourly rate of $85 per hour for a 2-man crew.
Our minimum charge is one hour of work. We charge for any non-standard materials, such as special hanging hardware for large paintings or mirrors.
We can estimate how long a job will take as best we can. But we like our work done right and know you expect it that way. So, we take the time to do it right.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first and foremost goal is to understand your goals for your project and for your home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained originally in design and consulting. I was a business manager and executive for other companies before I started mine. The people who work with me all have similar backgrounds.
