Mike was great. Really knows ac systems. We had another issue shortly after he serviced the 2 air conditioners and he came right out and replaced the faulty part and did not charge us for travel or labor-just the part. Will definitely use him for our electrical and ac needs.

If I could choose all of the quality indicators I would. I called Mike early on Monday morning and he was here within an hour. Very good quality work; He definitely knows what he’s doing! He’s also a licensed electrician which was a bonus for me since one of my issues involved my breaker box and a faulty switch. Extremely polite and professional, he also explained what was wrong with my unit in a way I could understand. I’ll definitely be calling him again in a year for maintenance!

Mike and his crew at Soultions Air Systems have been servicing our units for for 10 years. From new installs on new construction, to regular scheduled maintenance items, mini split systems to replacing existing systems to the newest most efficient equipment on the market. Mike was amazing. He took the time explain things in a way I could understand and also gave good pointers for maintaining system. I did not get the impression that he was just trying to get a check. He advised me of several different options and when it was resolved with a simple solution, he did not overcharge me. Will definitely contact him again should I have further issues

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is all my own I would say it is a little less then the competitive rates.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to them on the phone and if we can come to a conclusion then we will. Most people are usually surprised about how casual I am, and most of my customers usually become my friends.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in electrical electronics technology, and in HVAC. I have completed two apprenticeships in industrial maintenance and HVAC. I’m also inspiring to go to NC State for HVAC systems and design and project management.
