- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is all my own I would say it is a little less then the competitive rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to them on the phone and if we can come to a conclusion then we will. Most people are usually surprised about how casual I am, and most of my customers usually become my friends.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in electrical electronics technology, and in HVAC. I have completed two apprenticeships in industrial maintenance and HVAC. I’m also inspiring to go to NC State for HVAC systems and design and project management.
