Introduction: I take the time to make sure everything I do is right the first time so the customer doesn't have to ask me back to fix a problem. To me, doing the whole job, regardless of the time is the important thing. I enjoy the work so time is not as important as quality of the finished product. I love to interact with the customers. They have a job that needs done and I am there to do it with a smile and a thank you when I'm done. If they care to watch and see how I do things then I can talk and work at the same time.

I love to play pool and I love to play on and with equipment that is properly maintained and correct.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't go cheap... I've had to redo so many of other peoples jobs that didn't have an idea of how to do it. In this business you usually do get what you pay for. You pay for quality and watch the materials used. Fly by nights use junk.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Believe it or not, refelting a pool table looks easy but if you're not sure about what you're doing you can really mess one up. It takes time and knowledge to properly stretch and pull felt for optimum performance. I have the exoerience.
