We use flat-rate pricing — you see the price before any work begins, not after. No hourly guesswork, no surprise charges. New customers can also take advantage of a free A/C System Vitals Assessment to get a full picture of their system's health before spending a dime.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by listening. Before we recommend anything, we do a thorough assessment of your system and explain what we find in plain language. From there, you get options with upfront pricing — you decide what makes sense. No pressure, no upsells you didn't ask for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are NC-licensed and trained to NATE standards — one of the most rigorous operations frameworks in the HVAC industry. We combine that technical foundation with in-house training. Plus, all of our employees are background checked and drug tested for your safety.
