Had my entire HVAC unit replaced and couldnt be happier with the work. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally. The install was clean, done right, and finished on time. He walked me through the new system, made sure everything was running properly, and left the place spotless. Its rare to find someone who takes that kind of care in their work these days. Its the middle of June and your AC has been down for a week. Your downstairs is 88 degrees and the upstairs is 93, at night. Douglas and his crew got here and entirely replace the outside unit, dont even know what they did in the attic but it was rigorous and extensive.They are enthusiastic, respectful, professional, diligent and studious. Absolutely no mess left behind, left it better than they found it actually. AC works like a dream, better than it use to work-11 out of 10 would recommend for any service they provide.Can not stress enough how happy we are to have had them spend the day replacing and repairing the AC system. You will not be disappointed. Phenomenal team.

Last 24 hours of my life have been extremely hectic but the one saving grace is Intercool. Douglas showed up at 8:30pm out of kindness and managed to diagnose my problem and offer solutions 24 hours later and my new unit is installed and my house is cooling down again. Can't recommend these guys enough 10/10!!

My general contractor recommended this company for a range hood install for my kitchen remodel. Well, I was presently surprised at the work Edgard and his team did and their level of professionalism. The work was well done in a clean manner with a final inspection by their supervisor which is unheard of these days. I was so pleased that I hired them on the spot for my AC maintenance as well. Would highly recommend.
